What does our Operations Team get up to?
Our operations team are at the heart of everything that Teenage Helpline does. Supported by every other department within the Charity, it's this department that delivers the critical services that we offer to those who need us. Most notably, the operations team deliver our online peer-mentoring service that is accessible to all young people who need a little extra support navigating life as they transition into becoming young adults.
See below some examples of the roles that our operations team play within the Charity. Within these areas, you could be a front-line worker, a first line supervisor or a strategic leader - no matter what level you would play a crucial role in enabling Teenage Helpline to deliver on our aims and objectives as a Charity.

Peer Mentors
Our front-line supporters, all aged 16 to 25, who provide the critical advice, guidance and support directly to our young beneficiaries.

Our specialist team who provide support to the wider organisation on all safeguarding matters, ensuring that no young people remain at risk of harm.
