What does our Fundraising Team get up to?
Our Fundraising team are critical in helping the Charity to meet its fundraising targets. We want to make sure that all young people who need us, have access to our services without finances being a barrier. To keep our services free to all, our fundraising efforts make sure that we are able to continue to operate as a Charity.
See below some examples of the roles that our Fundraising Team play within the Charity. Within these areas, you could be a front-line worker, a first line supervisor or a strategic leader - no matter what level you would play a crucial role in enabling Teenage Helpline to deliver on our aims and objectives as a Charity.
-
Individual Giving Campaigns
Those working on individual giving campaigns find ways to encourage others to donate to the Charity and keep them informed about how their donations are used.
-
Event Management
Events Management teams pull together our own fundraising events that can bring in funds that the Charity can repurpose for charitable activities.
-
Corporate Sponsorships
Our Corporate Sponsorship teams look to build positive relationships with organisations looking to give back, encouraging them to donate funds or services to the Charity.
-
Grant based funding
Our grant based fundraising team support funding specific projects through raising grant applications to funding bodies across the UK, both local in nature and at a national level.
