What does our Finance Team get up to?
As a service function supporting the Charity group, our finance team is at the heart of the numbers. This team ensure that we maintain accurate records, budget and spend within our agreed limits (controls) and raise appropriate funds! The work that the finance team might be supporting in nature, but is absolutely key to the long term success of the Charity by ensuring that we manage and maintain our financial resources appropriately.

Within these areas, you could be an operational worker, a first line supervisor or a strategic leader - no matter what level you would play a crucial role in enabling Teenage Helpline to deliver on our aims and objectives as a Charity.

Financial Operations
Financial Operations ensures that all of our financial records are accurately maintained and challenged where necessary.

Budget Management and Controls
Our Budget Management and Controls team ensure that the Charity knows what it can and should be spending, and monitors that financial resources are being used appropriately.

Financial Compliance
Our financial compliance teams ensure that we meet our obligations to regulatory bodies, such as the Charities Commission, Companies House and the Fundraising Regulator.

Fundraising
Our fundraising team are crucial in supporting the Charity to raise the funds it needs to operate, whether that is through campaigns, donor management or grant-based funding.
